Sunday, Aug.17
7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Athletes and coaches will be met at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport by their delegation head, then go by bus to the Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit in West Bloomfield for orientation, team photos and to meet their host families.
10 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Coaches' bus to Westin Hotel
4:45 p.m. - Coaches' bus from the Westin to the Palace of Auburn Hills
6 p.m. - Drop-off athletes at the Palace of Auburn Hills
7 - 9 p.m. - Opening ceremonies at the Palace of Auburn Hills
9 p.m. - Host families meet their athletes in the designated seats in the stadium
3:30 p.m. - Gathering at the Palace for coaches and delegation heads
10 p.m. - Coaches' bus departs for Westin Hotel
10:45 p.m. -Coaches' reception at the Westin Hotel
Monday, Aug. 18
8 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Athletic competition and Hang Time
10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

5:00 p.m. - Buses load for the Michigan State Fair (MSF)
9:30 p.m. - Athletes meet in the Woodward lot of the MSF for the passing of the torch to the 2009 host communities.
9:45 p.m. - Host families attending the event at the MSF will meet their athletes in the designated area of the Woodward lot.
10 p.m. - Buses depart for Akiva,
Friday, Aug. 22
5:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Athletes dropped off at the West Bloomfield Jewish Community Center for departure. THERE WILL BE NO SATELLITE
