emphasis for us. These guys have a lot of heart and desire, too, and when you get to these games, that's a major factor."

"We have a pretty decent system," said Vincent. "A lot of the credit goes to our grade school and middle school coaches. We bring players up through the system, and by the time we get them, they are pretty refined athletes."
