Anthony Bowie and Mohamed Heji scored for Forest Hills Central. Jared Ireland earned the shutout in goal.

Christian Jordan scored twice in regulation and Mason won a shootout 4-3 to earn the title. Brett Beaune earned the victory in goal.

After a scoreless regulation and overtime, South Christian won a shootout, 5-3. Carter Selvius made 15 saves for the victory in goal.

Burton Genesse Christian (28-0) 3, No. 7 Kalamazoo Hackett Catholic Preparatory (20-5-1) 2

Cole Russell and Tyler Rose scored in regulation and Jessie Oliver scored the game-winner in overtime as Genesee Christian won its first MHSAA championship and finished unbeaten and untied on the season.
